The Philippines is home to a staggering number of children who live on the streets. Faced with a multitude of every day challenges, many stop schooling. Some have taken on the task of encouraging the children to dream big for themselves and their families. These are the life and times of a volunteer tutor in the Philippines.

Ganito ba kayo noon?
Buti nalang! Buti nalang we don't need to be a
couple of geniuses to
help children in need!
These children live in dark, crowded
environments. The streets are
more enticing. Many of them stop schooling just
to help the family out.
They need to have some new friends to tell them
they can dream and
achieve anything if they just keep at it and if
they don't give up.
That person is you and me and we are sorely
Just 2 hours to encourage them that learning can
be enjoyable (or that it is
possible to understand) is more than
enough. Seeing people who care is enough.

This Saturday is coming and we pray
1. We will have a good number of tutors for
the children coming.
2. That that children will be able to learn and
excel in school.
3. That the tutors will enjoy their session with
the children and take home wonderful memories.
